• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' substance use history and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Develop personalized and collaborative treatment plans that integrate strategies for both addiction recovery and mental health improvement.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Work closely with other members of the treatment team to ensure an integrated approach to care, exchanging insights, and strategies to optimize client outcomes.
• Provide family education and support to communicate the recovery process and encourage client engagement in family therapy initiatives.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant client records, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.

You will work with a diverse population of individuals grappling with substance abuse issues, as well as those facing related mental health challenges. Our clinic serves adults of varying backgrounds, all at different stages of their recovery journeys. Your role will be pivotal in equipping clients with the necessary tools to develop coping strategies and resilience as they navigate their paths to recovery.

• A valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Proficient training or significant experience in addiction counseling and treatment methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients towards positive change.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Experience in counseling practices related to addiction recovery is preferred, with a thorough understanding of the challenges clients face. Candidates who have previous roles in substance abuse treatment centers or clinics will find this position particularly fitting. Additionally, familiarity with patient management software and telehealth platforms is advantageous as we adapt to technological solutions in client care.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
