• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs, histories, and symptoms.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's unique situation.
• Provide psychotherapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practices.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners, to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and resources available to support recovery.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health therapy and incorporate them into your practice.

As an LCSW at The NeuroCognitive Health, Inc., you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals in detox programs facing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Your role is vital in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges, equipping them with coping strategies and support as they work toward recovery. You will utilize a trauma-informed approach to ensure that each individual feels safe, respected, and understood throughout their healing journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Oregon is essential.
• Strong foundational knowledge of solution-based therapeutic interventions and mental health treatment modalities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

• Prior experience in a detox or residential treatment setting is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully within a multidisciplinary team.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
