Work Environment

This full-time role is designed for an LPC willing to engage with clients in a flexible remote setting. You will have the opportunity to conduct sessions via video conferencing platforms, utilizing advanced telehealth technologies to ensure a seamless experience for your clients. Our digital tools facilitate effective communication and documentation, empowering you to focus on delivering high-quality care without geographical constraints. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, providing a structured routine that supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client, implementing diverse therapeutic techniques.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to gauge clients' mental and emotional health, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment planning.
  • Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that set achievable goals, monitor progress, and adapt strategies as needed based on ongoing assessments.
  • Provide crisis intervention services promptly to clients experiencing acute psychological distress or emergencies, ensuring immediate access to support.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources, fostering a deeper understanding of their conditions and empowering them in their healing journey.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive support network for each client.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults confronting a broad spectrum of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, and more. Given the remote nature of our services, you will have the opportunity to support clients who may have limited access to traditional mental health resources, thus making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • A valid license to practice counseling in the state of Oregon.
