• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and status, utilizing validated assessment tools.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet individual client goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients through virtual platforms, employing solution-focused therapies, cognitive-behavioral methods, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring immediate support is available for clients in distress.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions aimed at fostering professional growth and staying current with mental health practices.
• Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner, adhering to all confidentiality regulations and best practices.

You will work predominantly with diverse adult clients facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. By understanding each client’s unique experiences and concerns, you will empower them with strategies to improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor that fosters trust and openness in the therapeutic relationship.
• Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload while maintaining quality care.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling with a focus on adult populations is preferred.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual engagement techniques.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic approaches and interventions, including trauma-informed care.

• A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, contingent upon your experience and caseload.
