• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' unique mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses.
• Provide tailored individual, group, and family therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based therapies suited to the specific challenges and goals each client presents.
• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients facing acute crises, employing effective therapeutic techniques to stabilize and support them through mental health emergencies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, including progress notes, assessment results, and treatment plans, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to offer comprehensive and holistic care to clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Your work will focus on a diverse client population within the community health clinic, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. • Professionally licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
