Job Summary:
Saviance is a company focused on healthcare technology solutions, and they are seeking a highly organized Project Manager with experience in healthcare applications and digital health solutions. The role involves coordinating the execution of healthcare software development projects, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of multiple healthcare software development projects
• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and client-specific requirements
• Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies (if applicable)
• Monitor quality standards to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory needs
• Manage or support projects related to:
• Healthcare applications (EHR/EMR integrations, patient engagement platforms, telehealth solutions)
• AI-driven voice agents or conversational AI in healthcare
• Healthcare automation, patient support bots, or contact center solutions
• Coordinate with AI/ML, engineering, and product teams for voice-based or automation-driven solutions
• Ensure healthcare compliance considerations (HIPAA awareness preferred)
• Act as a communication bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership
• Provide regular status reports, risk updates, and progress tracking

Qualifications:
Required:
• B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination
• Mandatory experience in healthcare technology projects
• Prior experience working with US/UK clients or global teams
• Experience managing multiple concurrent software development projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience with project management tools such as: Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello / Asana
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and healthcare workflows
Preferred:
• Experience working on AI-powered voice agents or conversational AI platforms
