  • Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and facilitate or arrange for comprehensive assessments as required.
  • Monitor and document client progress, managing treatment plans that are responsive to the individual needs of clients.
  • Implement focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, tailoring your approach based on each client's unique circumstance and preferences.
  • Participate in crisis interventions when necessary, providing immediate support and stabilization for clients in urgent situations.
  • Carry a manageable caseload of clients, conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational conduct policy, thereby maintaining a professional and safe environment for all clients.
  • Respond to on-call situations that may arise after program hours, ensuring round-the-clock support as needed.
