Job description

**This position requires current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis. **

What You'll Be Doing:

The AI & Applications Analyst supports the successful adoption, testing, training, and optimization of AI-enabled technologies and enterprise applications. This role works across multiple domains to serve as a liaison between end users, senior analysts, developers, and operational stakeholders to ensure technology solutions improve clinical and operational quality, efficiency, user experience, and decision-making. The position is primarily focused on AI-powered workflow solutions including clinical, admissions, business operations and other technologies that enhance patient and teammate experience and our business results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide application support for ChartKeeper and other assigned solutions by responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating escalation when appropriate.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, production validation, and post-implementation verification for AI-enabled clinical applications and enterprise systems.
  • Create and maintain user training materials, job aids, knowledge articles, training videos, presentations, and other end-user education resources.
  • Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing adoption of AI-enabled and enterprise applications that improve clinical, operational, and business outcomes.
  • Coordinate assigned projects and enhancement initiatives by tracking tasks, facilitating stakeholder communication, maintaining project documentation, and supporting change management and go-live activities.
  • Gather and analyze end-user feedback to identify opportunities for workflow improvement, increased adoption, enhanced usability, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test scripts, test results, issue logs, and validation records.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree inย Healthcare administration, Information systems, Business, Education, Clinical Services or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, application support, software support, training, project coordination, technology adoption, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in healthcare technology, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, or clinical workflow improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to create documentation, training materials, presentations, and end-user communications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a high degree of attention to detail and quality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, operational leaders, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders while learning new technologies and processes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Bonus Qualities (Preferred):

  • Experience supporting software applications, enterprise systems, electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), or other business-critical technologies.
  • Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), software validation, quality assurance testing, or production verification activities.
  • Experience delivering end-user training, facilitating system adoption, or creating instructional videos and learning materials.
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence, workflow automation, clinical documentation technologies, analytics platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, behavioral health, admissions, clinical documentation, or operational workflows.

Location & Schedule:

This position is posted as remote; however, per company policy, candidates residing within a 35mile radius of ZIP code 80230 will be required to follow a hybrid schedule, even if they applied to the remote posting.
