What is a Remote Health Technology Assessment?

A Remote Health Technology Assessment (HTA) is the process of evaluating medical technologies, such as drugs, devices, or procedures, from a distance—usually through digital tools and platforms. HTAs help determine the effectiveness, safety, cost-effectiveness, and broader impact of health technologies on patient care and healthcare systems. Conducted remotely, these assessments leverage data analysis, virtual collaboration, and digital reporting to provide evidence-based recommendations for healthcare decision-making. Remote HTA professionals often work with multidisciplinary teams and may engage with stakeholders across various locations.

Remote Healthcare Recruiter (General Healthcare - Nationwide)
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a relentless, high-speed Remote Healthcare Recruiter to join our national staffing engine. We aren't just filling seats; we are "dissolving the gap" in the U.S. healthcare system. In this role, you will be a high-volume "talent hunter," identifying and placing a diverse range of medical professionals-from Mental Health Counselors, to Registered Nurses and Physicians to Allied Health and specialized clinical staff-into top-tier healthcare facilities coast-to-coast.
Work Schedule: M to F 9-5 pm
Work Type: 100% Remote W2 Full Time
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Nationwide Sourcing: Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals across all modalities (Nursing, Physician, Allied Health, and Administration) in all 50 states.
  • High-Impact Outreach: Drive candidate engagement through massive "text blast" campaigns and high-volume daily call targets (50-100 calls) to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Clinical Vetting: Conduct daily video interviews on Zoom to assess licensure, clinical competency, and cultural fit for hospitals, outpatient centers, and urgent care clinics.
  • Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Own the recruiter lifecycle from initial sourcing and "selling" the opportunity to credentialing and final placement.
  • Market Agility: Rapidly adapt to various medical specialties and regional market demands, ensuring Gotham remains the first choice for general healthcare staffing.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain "obsessive" accuracy in candidate records using our tech stack (LinkedIn Recruiter, and proprietary ATS tools).

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • The "Hunter" Mindset: A self-motivated closer who thrives on the hustle and is hungry for a six-figure income.
  • General Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with various medical licenses (LMHC, PT, RN, LPN, MD, DO, PA, NP) and the general credentialing process in the US.
  • Sales DNA: Proven success in a high-pressure, metrics-driven environment-whether in recruitment, B2B sales, or high-volume business development.
  • Remote Mastery: Expert at managing your own time and maintaining high productivity in a 100% remote setting.
  • Communication Powerhouse: Ability to connect authentically with medical professionals and "sell" them on their next career-defining move.

Why Join Gotham Enterprises?
  • Limitless Territory: Recruit for any healthcare facility, anywhere in the US-no geographic restrictions.
  • Uncapped Earning: Competitive base salary options with aggressive quarterly bonuses designed to reward the hardest-working recruiters.
  • Scalable Impact: Help solve the national healthcare shortage by placing the right clinicians in the communities that need them most.
  • Work Should Be Fun: Join a culture that values fast-paced results while supporting your professional growth in a remote-first environment.
