This role is designed as a remote position, allowing for flexibility while still maintaining structured regular business hours. Therapists may occasionally work evening shifts to better accommodate client schedules. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and collaborate to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing diverse evidence-based techniques, tailoring your approach to each client's unique situation.
• Work alongside case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive coordinated, well-rounded care.
• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support to clients encountering acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and empathetic communication.
• Promote mental health awareness through community outreach programs and educational workshops aimed at reducing stigma and enhancing understanding of mental health issues.

You will engage with a broad range of clients, including children, families, and adults, each presenting varying degrees of emotional and psychological challenges. • A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• A commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with clients of varied ethnicities and cultures.

• Experience in remote therapy delivery, demonstrating familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
• Proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities to address various mental health conditions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrated involvement in community mental health initiatives or outreach programs.
