Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health status and establish tailored treatment plans designed to meet their specific needs.
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy, utilizing individual, group, and family modalities to address a wide spectrum of mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with a network of case managers, psychiatrists, and additional healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, enhancing overall therapeutic outcomes.
  • Deliver crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing your clinical judgment and compassion to stabilize situations effectively.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and educational workshops to raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental illness, playing a pivotal role in increasing access to care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse clientele from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, requiring sensitivity and responsiveness to individual needs. Qualifications
  • A valid, independent, and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A completed master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated cultural competence in working with various communities, ensuring that therapy is accessible and relevant for all clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client care.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in community health settings or similar environments, focusing on underserved populations.
  • Experience in conducting group therapy sessions and facilitating educational workshops.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems to enhance remote service delivery.
Compensation and Benefits
