• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine clients' mental health needs, substance use history, and readiness for change.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying psychological issues, incorporating therapeutic interventions suited for each client's specific situation.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to engage clients actively in their recovery process.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate integrated care that holistically supports client outcomes.

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals struggling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as those experiencing substance use disorders. We prioritize fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment that empowers clients to embark on their recovery journeys and work towards long-term sobriety.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field that has equipped you with the foundational skills necessary for counseling practice.

• Specialized training or hands-on experience in addiction counseling and substance use disorder treatment is highly desirable.
• Proven knowledge of and commitment to evidence-based practices for treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Demonstrated expertise in building therapeutic relationships and motivating clients through their recovery process.
• Strong collaborative skills and an ability to communicate effectively with diverse team members and clients alike.
