  • Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques during individual therapy sessions to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation.
  • Develop and facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, creating a supportive community among participants.
  • Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to enhance treatment plans, integrating mindfulness practices into comprehensive therapy approaches.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in delivering mindfulness-based interventions within therapeutic contexts.
