Work Environment

This position offers the convenience of remote work, allowing you the flexibility to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining an engaging and supportive environment for your clients. Our clinic utilizes state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline patient management, documentation, and communication with other health professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client mental health status through virtual meetings.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with best practices and evidence-based methodologies.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing progressive interventions that empower clients to overcome their challenges.
  • Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Establish strong therapeutic alliances with clients, enhancing their engagement and commitment to the therapeutic process.
  • Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in the EHR system in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve supporting a diverse range of clients, including those grappling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will be pivotal in providing culturally competent care, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current, valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.
  • A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.
  • Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Experience in developing and delivering therapy sessions that are culturally responsive and inclusive.
  • Advanced proficiency in using EHR systems and digital communication tools.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team as well as independently.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, successful candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $1,000. Our extensive benefits package includes:
