About the Job:
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to build and scale Truv's demand generation engine. This is a highly hands-on role focused on generating pipeline through paid acquisition, events, integrated campaigns, and rapid growth experimentation.
You'll own marketing strategy and execution while partnering closely with Sales and leadership to turn marketing investment into measurable pipeline and revenue.
What You'll Do
  • Own Truv's demand generation strategy, marketing pipeline targets, and budget.
  • Build and optimize paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, retargeting, sponsorships, and new channels.
  • Own our events strategy across industry conferences, executive dinners, webinars, and Truv-hosted events.
  • Build integrated campaigns targeting our highest-priority accounts and buyer personas.
  • Partner closely with Sales on account targeting, campaign execution, follow-up, and pipeline conversion.
  • Continuously test new channels, audiences, creative, messaging, and offers to unlock growth.
  • Own marketing analytics and attribution across CAC, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Build and manage the internal team, agencies, and partners needed to scale.

Who You Are
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or fintech company.
  • Deep understanding of public sector business preferred prior experience working with state and federal agencies.
  • Proven track record building demand generation programs that produce measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep experience with paid acquisition, events, and integrated B2B campaigns.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable owning budgets, funnel metrics, attribution, and ROI.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles and account-based marketing.
  • Hands-on operator who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
  • Creative experimenter who moves quickly, tests ideas, and doubles down on what works.
  • Strong partner to Sales with a revenue-first mindset.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
