• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
• Engage with clients both virtually and through community outreach efforts, providing therapy and emotional support.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and treatment options for major mental health disorders, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement integrated care plans that facilitate coordinated services across various providers and support networks.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, delivering immediate support to clients in distress and coordinating appropriate follow-up care.

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse client populations in Gilbert, Arizona, who are experiencing significant mental health challenges. This includes individuals with major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and severe emotional disturbances. • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution and a valid LCSW license.
• A minimum of two years of experience working within a clinical setting, with a strong emphasis on mental health services.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

The expected salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
