Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Sonder Steps Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional needs, utilizing evidence-based screening methods to identify presenting issues.
• Developing integrated care plans tailored to each client, ensuring seamless access to services and information sharing among clients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients, addressing specific presenting problems and supporting their unique recovery journeys.
• Participating actively as a collaborative team member, contributing to shared goals, and fostering a positive rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment by identifying and reporting unsafe situations, following best practices for emergency interventions, as needed.
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of client documentation and reports, supporting continuous quality improvement efforts reflective of our organizational standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
