General Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports daily and tactical execution of marketing initiatives, including blasts, communications, and social media. This role ensures marketing programs run smoothly by managing assets, executing campaigns, and tracking deliverables to support presale and franchise marketing strategies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Build and deploy email and SMS blasts for system-wide campaigns, presale offers, and communications.
• Manage social media content, including holiday static posts, grassroots presale content, and scheduling.
• Coordinate Design queue and manage Asset Management platform
• Asset creation & deployment
• Track campaign performance, providing weekly/monthly reporting.
• Support Franchise For Sale (FFS) campaigns: collateral, presentations, and email/SMS.
• Assist with filming/editing of video assets for presale and training programs.
• Maintain accurate communication with drop-ship vendors, franchisees, and field teams.
• Provide one-on-one franchisee support for asset creation, social posts, or communications.
• Attend marketing strategy meetings.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to email, SMS, and social media.
• Familiarity with marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Passion for fitness, health, and brand-driven marketing.
