Master Personal Trainer

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Personal Trainers to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, a desire to learn, and a genuine commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals.

The Personal Trainer will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing customized fitness and nutrition programs, and guiding members through structured sessions that drive results. Candidates should demonstrate a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, while maintaining a clean, safe, and motivating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized personal training sessions and monthly fitness assessments.
  • Build and maintain a strong client base through engagement and results-driven programming.
  • Create progressive, customized training and nutrition plans tailored to each client’s goals.
  • Utilize Trainerize App for client management, communication, and programming.
  • Maintain client folders with relevant data such as SECS scans and workout logs.
  • Regularly assess client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Promote a welcoming, supportive, and motivating atmosphere on the training floor.
  • Stay informed on current fitness trends, products, and programs.
  • Ensure the gym environment remains organized, safe, and clean at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).
  • Previous experience in a fitness or health club setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using technology and fitness software.
  • Must be a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Compensation:

  • Floor Hours: $16.00/hour
  • Training Sessions: $40–$50/hour
  • Annual Earning Potential: $50,000–$60,000 per year
  • Commissions: 10% on agreement value
