The Maxx Fitness Clubzz is hiring for PERSONAL TRAINERS
As a personal trainer, your most important role is having clients to help reach their fitness goals. At the Maxx, we help trainers attain clients in many different ways.
  • We book consultations for you right at new member sign-up
  • We pay you a starting salary to give you time to build your book
  • We promote you through our social media accounts
  • We have a large member base of potential clients
  • We DO NOT charge you rent

Whether you're experienced or new, we will give you the tools and opportunity to help you grow your personal training business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing a positive impression of the Maxx Fitness Clubzz
  • Create rapport with customers that may lead to sales of personal training services
  • Monitor clients' progress and adapt workout programs as needed
  • Build a client base through conducting fitness assessments and demonstrating the value of personal training
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals.
  • Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-up, and re-assessments to show progress.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and sessions goals
