What Youll Do
  • Lead fun, high-energy classes using a structured curriculum
  • Create an exceptional experience for both kids and parents
  • Oversee day-to-day gym operations (scheduling, staffing, facility upkeep)
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Drive membership growth through community outreach and marketing
  • Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
