As Gym Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the gym while leading a team focused on delivering an outstanding member experience.

Leadership
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team

Base Salary

  Schedule

Typical Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional Saturdays for promotions, events, or community outreach.

Flexibility is important. Leaders set the tone and are willing to step in when the team needs them.


  Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership or management experience

  • Sales or customer service experience

  • Experience coaching or developing others

  • Strong computer skills

  • Valid driver's license

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Fitness industry experience is a plus—but not required.
