Pay: $25-$30/hour + Opportunity for Performance Bonuses

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Director of Training to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness, thrives in a leadership position, and has a knack for connecting with people and driving sales. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations & Sales:

This role will have a large sales aspect as we grow the studio to scale.

  • As the Assistant Studio Manager/Director, your primary objective will be helping the Director of Training drive membership pre-sales and retention through personalized service and follow-ups.
  • You will be instrumental in ensuring our studio delivers premium personal training and client experiences to achieve our monthly membership targets, while building a strong culture for our staff and members.
    • Conduct consultations to onboard new clients and design customized fitness plans (training provided on this).
    • Assist with internal and external marketing activities, including maintaining social media presence, marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach.
  • Manage sales pipeline using lead management software with the goal of converting prospects to members.
  • Appx 75% of your time will be spent on studio client growth and studio management.

Fitness Coaching:

  • Oversee and lead training sessions to ensure an exceptional client experience; each Alloy training session has up to 6 clients an hour. These sessions offer our coaches and clients the best of all fitness environments: the ability for coaches to provide, and clients to receive, real personal training -- with individual engagement between the coach and each client -- combined with the energy and fun of a group session.
  • You will be coaching clients using Trainerize and Alloy-specific programs and protocols, designed by long-time fitness professionals, under the guidance of and with training by our Fitness Director and our Head Coach (training provided).
  • Appx 25% of your time will be spent conducting training sessions.
  • Help create a motivating and inclusive gym environment for clients and staff.

Operational Excellence:

  • Help ensure smooth daily operations and uphold Alloy’s training philosophy.
  • Help oversee general operations of the studio including opening/closing procedures, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Adhere to systems and standards set forth by the Alloy franchisor and franchisee.
  • Be a brand champion.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
