Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct personalized assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for each client.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical regulations while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a team-oriented approach to address the comprehensive needs of clients.
  • Stay current with best practices in mental health care through ongoing professional development and participation in workshops.

Your role as an LPC will center around providing care to a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational issues. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
