REMOTE | Guest Experience & Reservations Manager
(Guesty PMS Power User Required)

Must currently work in the short term rental industry.

Company: Boutique Luxury Hospitality & Travel Brand
Location: Remote (U.S.-Based Preferred)

Schedule: Thursday–Monday | 10am–7pm Central
40–45 Hours Weekly | 1 Hour Lunch

Compensation: $60,000–$95,000+

Includes:
• $45K Base Salary
• 5% Net Commission Pool Paid Monthly
• $250 New Property Acquisition Bonus

About the Opportunity

We are a fast-growing luxury hospitality and travel brand focused on delivering high-touch guest experiences, premium vacation rentals, and curated travel services across multiple markets.

We are looking for someone who understands both luxury guest communication and the operational side of scaling a modern short term rental company.

This is not a basic customer service role.

You will help manage the full guest experience while also helping refine systems, workflows, automation, and operational processes as the company expands.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Guest Experience & Reservations
• Manage guest communication from inquiry through post-stay
• Handle reservations, modifications, escalations, and guest recovery
• Maintain a polished, proactive, luxury-level communication style
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and vendors
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through strong reservation management

Systems & Operations
• Work inside Guesty and Breezeway daily
• Help refine operational systems and workflows
• Assist with onboarding and setup of new properties
• Identify inefficiencies and help create scalable solutions
• Support listing quality, messaging consistency, and brand standards

Who You Are:

STR Industry Experienced
You currently work full-time in short term rentals and understand the pace, complexity, and guest expectations of the industry.

Tech Comfortable
You are already experienced with Guesty Property Management Software and operational platforms like Breezeway, Hospitable, Hostaway, OwnerRez, or similar systems.

Independent Problem Solver
You do not need constant oversight or step-by-step instructions. You take ownership and solve problems quickly.

Strong Communicator
You can communicate professionally under pressure while maintaining warmth, clarity, and brand tone.
