Job description

Raka is looking for a contributing member of our Strategy and Content team with strong experience in HubSpot. At Raka, our marketing strategists lead online marketing strategy for our clients. As a marketing producer, you'll help execute their plans by building, managing, and optimizing campaigns directly within HubSpot. You'll play a key role in bringing strategy to life through marketing automation, CRM management, and performance tracking, while also supporting content creation that fuels these efforts.

Our marketing producers generally contribute in four areas. The first and primary focus is managing and executing work within HubSpot. This includes building emails, workflows, landing pages, lists, and campaigns, as well as maintaining CRM data and ensuring best practices are followed. The second is writing copy and supporting content development to power inbound campaigns. The third is providing SEO, AEO, and GEO support to ensure content is optimized for search, performance, and AI visibility. The fourth is contributing to reporting and analysis efforts, primarily through HubSpot data and dashboards. You may be a good fit for all of these areas, or bring particular strength in HubSpot execution with supporting skills in the others.

Good candidates for this position have at least two years of experience in online marketing, with hands-on experience using HubSpot. You have a positive attitude, a willingness to take direction, and enjoy working as part of a team. You are eager to deepen your skills in marketing automation, CRM management, and campaign execution. This may be a good fit for you if you learn quickly, take ownership of your work, and enjoy connecting the dots between strategy and execution.

People who have success in this role are not only strong writers, but also understand how content functions within a larger inbound marketing system. You know how to research a new topic, but more importantly, you know how to operationalize that content within HubSpot, turning it into emails, workflows, and campaigns that drive results.

Please include links to your writing samples, or upload them as attachments.

  • You know how to use social media for business and connect it to broader campaign efforts
  • You can create and manage an editorial calendar that aligns with campaign execution
  • You understand the importance of SEO, AEO, and GEO and have experience performing ongoing optimization
  • You can pull and interpret data from HubSpot for reporting and performance insights
  • You know your way around content management systems such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Squarespace
  • You set realistic deadlines, hit them, and communicate proactively if timelines shift
  • You have experience or interest in video marketing
  • You take the initiative to expand your knowledge and are eager to learn

  • You've failed at something and you now understand why

This is a full-time position with lots of perks
