Job description

Program Manager – Order Management
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Month Rolling Contract
Industry: Semiconductor / Manufacturing / High-Tech
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of functional enhancement projects that bridge business and IT. This role requires strong collaboration across architecture, IT, and functional stakeholder teams to ensure successful execution and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and can move seamlessly between business strategy and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end program management for functional enhancement initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  • Partner closely with architects, scrum masters, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive project execution.
  • Maintain an up-to-date project plan, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are clearly communicated.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable plans, aligning IT deliverables with organizational goals.
  • Drive operational excellence across order management, fulfillment, and business operations initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and reports that articulate program status, business impact, and value delivered.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Industry experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environments.
  • 8+ years of experience in Portfolio and Program Management, leading large-scale business or IT transformation programs.
  • Strong background in Order Management (Order to Delivery, Order to Cash) and Fulfillment processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs involving cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders, maintaining a balanced, functional perspective.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude, capable of managing ambiguity and driving results with minimal oversight.
  • Strong storytelling ability to translate business needs and value drivers into concise executive summaries and presentations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

This is not a Scrum Master or Business Operations role. The ideal candidate brings a functional mindset and excels at connecting technical teams with business priorities, ensuring enhancements deliver tangible business value. They are proactive, articulate, and confident presenting to executive leadership while maintaining deep hands-on program oversight.
