Job description

Overview

Cotiviti is seeking a lead program manager to lead go-to-market programs that drive the client experience, value attainment, growth, retention, and renewals. This individual contributor role sits at an intersection of client experience and revenue operations, leading programs that prioritize the client experience and help our go-to-market teams deliver measurable, durable value. You will bring structure, data, and cross-functional coordination to renewal cycles and client health, partnering closely with sales, client success, marketing, and finance.

Responsibilities
  • Design and manage end-to-end programs including timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Partner with finance, operations, implementations, sales and client engagement leadership to protect the client experience and identify value at-risk, coordinating action plans that also support revenue attainment
  • Conduct regular pipeline inspection surfacing risks and gaps that could affect client value realization, renewals, and growth
  • Prepare board- and executive-level reporting, translating program data into clear, decision-ready narratives
  • Serve as a connective force across sales, client engagement, marketing, finance, and operations, driving cross-team collaboration and shared accountability on go-to-market programs
  • Collaborate with GTM Operations on enablement materials, playbooks, and training that equip client-facing teams to execute retention and renewal strategies consistently
  • Own program governance, including providing regular reporting metrics to leadership
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to remove blockers and keep programs on track
  • Identify process gaps in the client lifecycle and lead improvement initiatives from problem definition through rollout
  • Monitor client experience signals and translate insights into program adjustments to improve satisfaction
  • Manage program documentation, communication cadences, and stakeholder updates to keep all partners aligned
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required. This job description does not constitute an employment agreement and is subject to change as the needs of Cotiviti and requirements of the job change.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or related experience may also be considered.
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within go-to-market, client success, or revenue operations functions
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort translating data on client health, retention, and revenue into clear action plans
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and program management tools such as Asana and Smartsheet

Cognitive/Mental Requirements:

  • Communicating with others to exchange information.
  • Problem-solving and thinking critically.
  • Completing tasks independently.
  • Interpreting data.
  • Making timely decisions in the context of a workflow.
  • Maintaining focus.
  • Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
Base compensation ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration. Cotiviti offers team members a competitive benefits package to address a wide range of personal and family needs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage, 401(k) savings plans, paid family leave, 9 paid holidays per year, and 17-27 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, depending on specific level and length of service with Cotiviti.
