What is a remote front desk?

They often manage scheduling, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot issues in real time, ensuring seamless operations despite not being physically present. Building strong relationships with the on-site team is important, as is mastering the company's communication platforms. Regular check-ins and clear protocols help maintain efficient coordination and a positive visitor experience.
