FRONT DESK POSITION

You’re the first face our guests see when they arrive at the River Rat! You’ll be welcoming guests, providing them information and checking them in, so your comfort with interacting with others is important.

This position supports operational sales & check-in. Your duties include (but may not be limited to) checking in guests, booking reservations, facility maintenance, assisting with stocking inventory in the Gift Shops, answering phone calls, sending emails, and assisting the Management team with daily tasks.

Candidates for this position must enjoy in-person interactions with guests and other staff members for the duration of their shift. Front

Desk Clerks will be responsible for managing and handling payments of retail and activities.

Hours: Shifts typically range from 9am-8pm, 5 days/week (35-40 hours), but can vary depending on need and your availability.

Requirements: Ages 16 and older are welcome to apply. No experience necessary. Must have reliable ride to work (siblings, parents, carpool with other employees, etc.) if you do not drive.
