Position Summary 

The Franchise Business Coach serves as a strategic growth partner to franchisees, focused on driving sales, improving profitability, strengthening leadership teams, and protecting brand excellence across an assigned group of locations. 

This role is not simply about auditing standards — it is about unlocking performance. The Franchise Business Coach partners with franchise owners and operators to identify opportunities, remove operational barriers, improve financial results, and elevate the guest experience. 



Core Responsibilities 



Revenue Growth 

  • Drive comparable sales growth across assigned territory.
  • Identify local traffic-driving opportunities within brand standards. 
  • Support execution of loyalty programs, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Partner with franchisees to maximize seasonal and peak sales periods.

Profitability & Financial Discipline 

  • Analyze P&L performance and coach operators on labor optimization, product mix improvement, waste reduction, and margin protection.
  • Translate system standards into profitable execution.
  • Support operators in building predictable EBITDA growth.

Operational Excellence 

  • Reinforce brand presentation, product consistency, and facility standards.
  • Provide hands-on coaching during store visits.
  • Partner on action plans when performance gaps exist.

Relationship & Trust Building 

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to franchisees.

  • Maintain high trust and transparent communication. 
  • Create a culture of shared accountability and shared success.

Success Looks Like 

    • Territory comps consistently outperform system average.
    • Franchisee EBITDA improves year-over-year.
    • Clean audits with minimal compliance friction.
    • Franchisees view the role as value-adding, not supervisory.

Qualifications 


    • Proven success leading multiple franchise locations, with a strong understanding of   franchise business models, brand standards, and operational compliance.
    • Strong P&L fluency and financial coaching ability.
    • Proven ability to influence without authority.
    • High emotional intelligence and relationship management skills.
    • Analytical, performance-driven mindset.

*Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% to support assigned locations, conduct site visits, coach field leaders, and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
