We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2), and Exercise (dimension 3) to help our members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories-among many other benefits of infrared fitness. Our studios provide 24-hour access to virtually instructed workouts including HOT Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, Hot Barre None, and more. All workouts take place in our patented HOTWORX infrared sauna, in a semi-private setting designed for all fitness levels, delivering more workout in less time.

  • Ability to coach and motivate franchisees, guiding them through our proven system from real estate and financing to construction and grand opening.
