To thrive as a Remote Formulary Pharmacist, you need a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, state licensure, and a solid understanding of drug therapy management and formulary development. Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and formulary management software is essential.
