About Us AidRx is a rapidly growing, technology-driven long-term care (LTC) pharmacy supporting patients who reside in their own homes. We are a closed-door pharmacy (not open to the public) integrating telehealth, remote patient care, robotics automation, and digital medication management. We currently operate in PA and NJ and are expanding nationwide.

Job Summary AidRx is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our advanced LTC pharmacy team. The ideal candidate is accurate, clinically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with digital systems and medication automation.

Responsibilities

Dispense and verify prescriptions for home-based LTC patients

Perform full clinical and product verification

Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and therapeutic appropriateness

Conduct patient medication assessments and monitor adherence

Provide medication counseling to patients and caregivers

Communicate with nurses, caregivers, and providers regarding medication needs

Work with QS/1, DocuTrack, and EHR systems

Operate and oversee Parata automation/compliance packaging

Maintain controlled substance documentation and regulatory compliance

Participate in quality assurance and continuous process improvement

Requirements

This is an in-person position. Applicant must be able to easily commute to our location in Huntingdon Valley, PA.

Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

Active PA state pharmacist license

LTC, clinical, or hospital pharmacy experience preferred

Minimum 5 years LTC/independent pharmacy experience strongly preferred

Proficiency with QS/1 and DocuTrack

Experience with Parata automation preferred

Strong knowledge of drug interactions and pharmacy regulations

Excellent communication and patient-care skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Knowledge of geriatric pharmacotherapy and MTM is a plus

EHR experience preferred

Spanish-speaking a plus

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand or sit for 6-8 hours

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Occasional bending, kneeling, or climbing

Schedule

Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm
