Digital Marketing Specialist

NRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support corporate communications objectives, engage key stakeholders, and drive awareness of NRx Pharmaceuticalsโ€™ mission, products, and innovations.

This individual must be analytical, strategic, and capable of translating data into actionable marketing initiatives that support business growth and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies

  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, website traffic, stakeholder engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize digital channels, including corporate websites, email marketing, social media platforms, online advertising, and content distribution initiatives.
  • Develop compelling digital content that effectively communicates the companyโ€™s mission, products, clinical advancements, and corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including communications, investor relations, business development, and leadership, to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Monitor, Analyze, and Report Performance

  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics across all digital marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, conversion rates, and overall return on investment.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership regarding campaign performance and strategic opportunities.

Optimize Digital Presence and Brand Awareness

  • Manage and enhance the companyโ€™s social media presence to strengthen stakeholder engagement and corporate reputation.
  • Support search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives to improve online visibility.
  • Identify emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive and innovative digital marketing strategy.
  • Assist in developing both short-term and long-term digital marketing goals aligned with corporate growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media management, or a related role.
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media best practices.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, website content management systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience within the healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is preferred.
