Job Summary

With over 40,000 employees across 200 locations delivering $4 billion in revenue per year, Levy is responsible formillions of memorable guest experiences across some of the most iconic locations in the country. The Financial Analyst role is focused on new business and retention. This role is responsible for developing financial models to support new business initiatives and partnership extension opportunities. This position collaborates closely with operations, finance, and sales teams to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), strengthen existing partnerships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the financial components of the RFP process from start to finish:
    • Develop comprehensive financial models, including revenue projections and expense analysis.
    • Structure competitive and compelling deals, including term length, capital investment, and key commercial items
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales teams to align on assumptions and strategy
    • Prepare detailed RFP responses, including written narratives and supporting schedules.
  • Partner with operations and finance teams to evaluate and execute extension opportunities within existing partnerships
  • Partner with Legal to review new business contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with key financial teams
  • Communicate effectively with various internal stakeholders to drive efficient processes and deliver optimal business results

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a Finance related field

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business field - Finance/Economics/Accounting/Business
  • A qualified candidate will be highly analytical, a critical thinker, intellectually curious, and strong decision-making skills
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with financial statements/reporting
  • Ability to digest financial information, render judgment, create context, and recognize paterns
  • Very proficient to expert level using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
