Our UK-based client is hiring a full-time, remote Office Administrator based in South Africa. You will run the administrative heartbeat of the business: correspondence, records, scheduling, supplier admin and the dozens of small tasks that only look small when they are done well. This is a long-term role on UK business hours.

The client is a steady, growing UK company that has learned a simple truth: when administration is strong, everyone else's job gets easier. They are hiring a professional administrator and intend to treat them like one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage shared inboxes, correspondence and incoming requests
  • Keep records, files and internal registers accurate and current
  • Schedule meetings, book appointments and manage shared calendars
  • Process supplier invoices, orders and basic finance admin
  • Prepare documents, reports and presentations to a clean standard
  • Support the team with onboarding admin and general requests
