Are you an organized HR professional who enjoys supporting recruitment operations and creating an exceptional candidate experience? We're looking for a Home-Based Talent Admin to join our DCX team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining accurate candidate records, managing hiring workflows, and supporting onboarding processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring an efficient, compliant, and seamless recruitment experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. What You Will Do
  • Provide administrative and operational support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Manage and maintain candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare, send, and track offer letters and pre-employment documentation.
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and onboarding requirements for new hires.
  • Monitor recruitment inboxes and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and maintain recruitment trackers, reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
  • Assist with job postings and ensure all openings are updated across recruitment platforms.
  • Support compliance with company policies and applicable US employment regulations.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
  • Assist with special projects and other talent-related administrative tasks as needed.
What We Look For
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, or recruitment tools is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid environment.
    • Experience supporting US-based recruitment and onboarding processes is an advantage.
