Remote film producers must be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of problem-solving to keep productions running smoothly despite not being physically present on set.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote film producer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Film Producer, you need strong project management skills, a solid understanding of film production processes, and typically a relevant degree or equivalent experience in media or filmmaking. Familiarity with collaborative tools like Slack, Zoom, cloud-based editing software, and production management platforms is essential. Job description

AI Content Producer
Department: Innovation
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Noë & Associates New York
Description
Noë & Associates is the creative studio within Together Group producing AI-generated imagery and film for luxury real estate, hospitality, and architecture brands. We take briefs that would traditionally require full photo and film shoots and deliver them through AI-driven creative pipelines - without compromising on craft or finish.
We're looking for an AI Content Producer to run the engine room behind our creative output. This is a production role, not a hands-on creation role: you'll own the schedules, budgets, and coordination that turn a client brief into a finished, on-brand deliverable - working closely with our creative technologists, clients, and leadership to keep fast-moving, multi-workstream AI content projects on track.
You'll bring a solid grounding in digital or content production - the kind built managing real production schedules, vendors, and stakeholders - and a comfort with fast-evolving toolsets. You don't need to generate the content yourself, but you do need to understand the pipeline well enough to plan around it, spot risk early, and keep quality high under tight timelines.
What You'll Do
• Own end-to-end production schedules for AI-generated content projects, from brief intake through final delivery
• Coordinate day-to-day between creative technologists, clients, and internal stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on scope and timeline
• Manage budgets, resourcing, and prioritisation across multiple concurrent projects
• Build and maintain production trackers and workflows that scale as project volume grows
• QA final deliverables against the brief, brand guidelines, and quality bar before they go to the client
• Lead client-facing status updates, manage revision rounds, and handle approvals
• Coordinate freelance or contractor talent on an as-needed basis
• Help document and improve production processes as tools and workflows evolve
Skills & Experience
• 4-5 years' experience in digital production, content production, or creative production - agency, studio, or in-house
• A track record of managing multi-workstream production schedules under real deadline pressure
• Strong organisational skills and clear, proactive communication with clients and creative teams
• Comfort working with fast-moving, evolving toolsets and pipelines (direct AI content tool experience is a plus, not a requirement)
• Experience with production and project-management tools such as Asana, Airtable, Monday, or Trello
• Experience managing vendors, freelancers, and budgets
• Strong remote-work habits and comfort collaborating async across time zones
• Prior exposure to AI-generated imagery or video production
• Experience with clients in luxury, hospitality, real estate, or architecture
• A history of building or scaling production processes for a growing content pipeline
