We are seeking a Full-Time Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist with 2+ years of recruiting experience and onboarding oversight. Someone who is driven, personable, and excited to help grow our organization. The ideal candidate will have proven success in sourcing, screening, and overseeing onboarding in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of role-specific requirements. This role will support hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR.

This role requires a strategic thinker and self starter who can effectively manage relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. This role will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract and retain top talent in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

● Partner with hiring managers across clinical and non-clinical teams to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning.

● Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and healthcare-specific channels.

● Screen candidates for qualifications, licensure (where applicable), cultural fit.

● Coordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling, interviewer preparation, and candidate communication.

● Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience from initial outreach through the offer stage.

● Conduct reference checks and verify credentials, including licenses, certifications, and background checks.

● Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ADP) and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.


Onboarding & New Hire Experience

● Partner with HR & Shareholders to maintain, coordinate, and execute onboarding programs for both clinical and non-clinical hires in a remote environment.

● Facilitate pre-boarding activities, including offer letters, background checks, credentialing documentation, and system access setup.

● Ensure new hires complete required documentation (I-9, W-4, compliance forms, training through our LMS, etc.).

● Coordinate orientation sessions, introducing company culture, tools, workflows, and telemedicine protocols.

● Partner with department leaders to ensure timely provisioning of equipment, software access, and training resources.

● Monitor onboarding progress and ensure completion of required training and compliance modules.

● Create a feedback loop of feedback, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for both new hires and internal team members.


Qualifications

Education:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus but not required.

Skills:

● 2+ years of experience in a recruiting function.

● 2+ years managing onboarding in its entirety.

● Charismatic and personable, able to build rapport with candidates and managers.

● Competitive, goal-driven mindset.

● Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

● Strong written and verbal communication.

● Creative with sourcing strategies and problem-solving.

● Comfortable improving processes in a small, growing company.
