• Conduct thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations for patients, ensuring their mental health needs are accurately addressed.
• Facilitate effective communication among supervisors, caregivers, and family members to foster a supportive environment for patient growth.
• Develop and share treatment plans outlining patient appointments, home visits, and observation sessions, actively tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Organize and conduct home visits for comprehensive in-home evaluations, contributing to our overall understanding of patient circumstances.
• Ensure that all program strategies are executed with fidelity and adherence to clinical best practices.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with fellow professionals for holistic care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including monthly and quarterly progress notes, to support ongoing treatment plans.
• Provide training and support to team members, ensuring they are proficient in implementing program plans and managing paperwork effectively.
• Conduct follow-up interviews and observations to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust care accordingly.
• Act as a liaison between our clinic and the community, promoting mental health awareness and ensuring that all individuals have access to necessary services.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including children, youth, and adults, facing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise in family dynamics, substance misuse, or trauma will help you connect with and support these individuals while promoting healthier lifestyles and emotional resilience.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical counseling is required, with a preference for those working in outpatient settings.
• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse, or trauma is strongly preferred.
• Deep comprehension of legal and ethical guidelines surrounding mental health practices is essential.
• Demonstrated skills in interpersonal communication and relationship-building with diverse populations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment with collaboration highlighted.
• Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software and related technologies is crucial.

• The annual salary ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent upon experience and caseload management.
