To thrive as a Remote Construction Project Manager, you need strong project management skills, construction knowledge, and typically a relevant degree or industry certification. Familiarity with project management software (like Procore or Buildertrend), scheduling tools, and digital collaboration platforms is important. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities help coordinate remote teams and stakeholders effectively.
