Job description

Saviynt is a leading Identity Platform CPS dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions for identity and access governance that safeguard and empower the mission success of our nationโ€™s most critical organizations.
ย
Saviynt is seeking an experienced Manager for our Expert Services team, dedicated to our Government Public Service (GPS) and Federal Government portfolio. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of Saviynt's AI-powered identity security solutions, directly impacting customer satisfaction and product value realization. These solutions include Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and External Identity Management. You will provide strategic oversight and drive operational excellence for a portfolio of billable professional services engagements. In addition, you will bridge the gap between complex federal cybersecurity mandates (such as Executive orders on Zero Trust and FedRAMP requirements) and technical delivery of Saviyntโ€™s solutions to meet these mandates.
ย
Due to Federal Government contract requirement, U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • 1. Full-Lifecycle Project Delivery
    • Execution & Governance: Own the end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation through Go-Live) for Saviynt platform implementations using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

    • Scope & SOW Management: Serve as the gatekeeper for the Statement of Work (SOW). Proactively manage scope creep, construct detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and execute formal change control processes when required.

    • Milestone Mastery: Define, track, and achieve critical time to value (TTV) project milestones..

    2. Operational Activity Managementย ย
    • Assist customer success managers (CSM) in managing communication related to the application of various updates, patches, and fixes.
    • Assist with the reporting on status of various federal compliance and security initiatives relevant to Saviynt's offerings.
    • Report on key operational and financial metrics for the Expert Services team.
    • Develop and manage operational initiatives to deliver tactical results and drive process improvements within the team.
    ย 3. Federal Compliance & Risk Management
    • Security Framework Alignment: Monitor and manage project risks related to federal regulations, ensuring delivery adheres to NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and FedRAMP standards.

    • ATO Support: Collaborate with agency stakeholders and technical architects to provide necessary artifacts supporting the client's Authority to Operate (ATO) process.

    • Risk Mitigation: Maintain a continuous Risk, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) log, proactively identifying blockages unique to federal environments (e.g., procurement delays, background check cycles).

    ย 4. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Client Advisory: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for federal C-suite executives, IAM Program Directors, and Contracting Officers (COs/CORs).

    • Resource Orchestration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of Saviynt Deployment Engineers, Product Architects, Partner Success Managers, and client-side personnel.

    • Executive Reporting: Deliver clear, transparent, and scannable status reports, steering committee presentations, and health dashboards tailored for government oversight.

WHAT YOU BRING

    • Preferred: Masterโ€™s Degree in a technical or public policy discipline, an MBA, or relevant experience.

    Professional Experience & Background
    • Overall Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of dedicated IT Project Management experience.

    • Federal Domain Expertise: At least 3โ€“5 years of direct experience managing technical delivery within the U.S. Federal Government, Department of Defense (DoD), or Federal System Integrator (FSI) ecosystems.
