Remote, proposal-stage opportunity. Axyde Analytics is seeking an Airport Feasibility & Scoping Study Principal Author for USTDA 1131PL26R0063, the South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission.
This narrow A01 role is for a senior aviation/airport professional who can credibly principal-author aviation-infrastructure feasibility, scoping, master-planning, project-preparation, or investment-planning content. The work is contingent on proposal selection and award.
Strong evidence may include leading or authoring airport feasibility studies, master plans, project scoping studies, terms of reference, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, implementation roadmaps, or integrated recommendations for airport authorities, civil aviation authorities, ministries, donors, DFIs, ECAs, FAA international, ICAO, or comparable aviation-infrastructure clients.
The best fit can integrate inputs from demand forecasting, airside/civil works, terminal/passenger flow, safety/regulatory, finance/PPP, environmental/social, and institutional specialists into a coherent USTDA-style recommendation. USTDA eligibility, résumé authorization, availability, travel posture, confidentiality, and OCI/independence will be confirmed during intake.
