Job description

In this position, you will provide administrative support to the Disability and Leave of Absence Teams. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Day in the Life:
Copying claim files upon request
Creating and setting up new claims and/or leave of absence upon request
Responsible for mailings and/or manual updates to correspondence as necessary
Maintaining and updating departmental documents
Conduct provider and member outreaches via telephone, email, and fax to follow up on outstanding information
Completes special projects as assigned
Completes administrative support tasks for the team, including daily faxing, emails to customers, and preparing correspondence 
Assists with other administrative tasks as needed
Works with internal partners to support flexibility, collaboration, creating a positive work environment,  consistently maintaining professionalism and integrity, actively taking steps to foster high morale, and  demonstrating a dedication to excellence
Performs other related duties as required
