• Manage your caseload by determining the number of clients you want to work with, empowering you to create a schedule that accommodates your needs.
• Attract and retain clients through effective marketing support and guidance from our team, helping you to expand your clientele effortlessly.
• Provide high-quality, live support to both clinicians and clients, enhancing the therapy experience and simplifying the process of accessing care.
• Instantly verify client insurance benefits through streamlined technology, ensuring that your clients receive timely therapy without delays.
• Engage actively in ongoing collaboration and consultation with your peers, sharing best practices related to therapy techniques and client engagement.

Your practice will cater to a diverse range of clients in the Yakima area and beyond, focusing primarily on families, couples, and individuals experiencing various emotional and relational challenges. By utilizing evidence-based practices and a holistic approach, you will be equipped to address issues stemming from trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship conflicts. Your expertise will play a vital role in guiding clients toward healing and positive change.

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Washington.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in therapeutic settings, demonstrating strong clinical and counseling skills.
• Knowledge and training in addiction counseling and evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

• Prior experience in private practice or outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies.
• Specialized training in particular therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), is a plus.
• Experience working with specific populations, in particular those related to families facing trauma or grief.
