Dein Impact: Als Senior Consultant Business Continuity & Resilience (m/w/d) nimmst du entscheidenden Einfluss auf die Sicherheit und Widerstandsfahigkeit des Geschaftsbetriebs unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden - damit erzeugst du Vertrauen und tragst so dauerhaft zum Unternehmenserfolg bei. Du verbindest analytische Starke mit strukturierter Beratung, wirkst in anspruchsvollen Projekten mit und ubernimmst fruh Verantwortung.

Assurance & Advisory: Du prufst und beratst nationale und internationale Unternehmen und Organisationen in den Bereichen Business Continuity Management, Krisenmanagement, Corporate Security und Resilienz. Projektverantwortung: Fur die Steuerung und Umsetzung von Resilience-Projekten tragst du Verantwortung, koordinierst relevante Arbeitsergebnisse und tragst zu einer hochwertigen Projektumsetzung bei. Methoden & Analysen: Du konzipierst und begleitest Business Impact Analysen, Risk Assessments, Schutzbedarfsfeststellungen sowie weitere Resilience-Methoden und -Tools.

Steuerung: Praventive Manahmen und Notfallplane entwickelst du genauso wie Test- und Simulationsverfahren. Business Development: Du bringst dich in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Dienstleistungsportfolios ein, greifst relevante Markt-, Regulierungs- und Standardentwicklungen auf und stehst bei der Akquisition zur Seite. Dein Skillset: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise auf Masterniveau, z.

B. in Business Continuity Management, Krisenmanagement, Informationssicherheit, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Unternehmenssicherheit, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Mehrjahrige Erfahrung im Bereich Security & Resilience, insbesondere in den Bereichen Business Continuity Management, Krisenmanagement, Corporate Security oder Resilience - idealerweise in einer Wirtschaftsprufungsgesellschaft, einem Beratungsunternehmen, in der Industrie oder relevanten Organisationen.

Kenntnisse relevanter Normen, Standards und regulatorischer Anforderungen, z. B. ISO 22301, BSI-Standard 200-4, ISO 22361, ISO 27001, DIN SPEC 14027, NIS-2 oder KRITIS, sind von Vorteil.

Zertifizierungen im Bereich Business Continuity Management, Krisenmanagement, Informationssicherheit oder Unternehmenssicherheit sind wunschenswert, z. B. BCM-Praktiker, Business Continuity Manager, Krisenmanager, CBCP, CBCI, CISM oder CISA.
