Salary range: $79,511 - $110,834 annually 

Eligible for an annual incentive bonus

How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Resilience Strategy: Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans to safeguard Ascension and its affiliates against operational disruptions.
  • Risk Mitigation: Conduct strategic risk assessments and contingency planning to minimize downtime and protect critical business functions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recovery strategies meet industry regulatory requirements and organizational standards during and after a crisis.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with corporate entities and facilities to communicate resilience strategies and maintain seamless operational continuity.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Bachelor’s degree highly desired, master’s degree in relevant field preferred. 
  • Certified Business Continuity Professional or relative certification or obtains within one year of employment.
  • Experience in business continuity and/or emergency preparedness, response, and recovery, preferably in health care or hospital operations
  • Also preferred – IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800 training
