Pay: $85,000 To 110,000 plus company vehicle
This position is remote based with 60% travel to local businesses in your designated market.
Position Summary:
The Remarketing Relationship Manager, RRM, is responsible for managing an assigned territory comprised of Stellantis, Inc. franchise new car dealerships with the overarching goal of driving them to achieve targeted purchases of Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) returned lease vehicles in line with corporate objectives. The RRM will also develop and maintain relationships by interacting with dealership departments and SFS sales field staff to effectively educate and promote SFS lease maturity products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary product expert for dealers and field representatives on used vehicle operations and sales, including end-of-lease processes, OEM programs, and CPO strategies.

Required Experience:
Education:
High school diploma or a general education degree (GED) required.

Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams, articulate concepts to multiple audiences, present numerical data, communicate complex ideas and changes, and foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate the ability to work with technology such as cell phones, email, chats, and video conferencing.
Must be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks, develop realistic action plans, identify risks and opportunities, and plan/organize time efficiently.

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
