Job description

Remote Family Law Attorney โ€“ Northern Michigan Practice

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney based in or near Lansing or open to relocation to support a Northern Michigan-focused practice.

This is a remote role with occassional travel to Northern Michigan.


Role Overview

  • Handle family law matters across Northern Michigan, including Traverse City, Gaylord, and surrounding communities
  • Provide legal counsel on divorce, custody, and support cases
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
  • Draft legal documents and manage case strategy


Requirements

  • Licensed in Michigan
  • Family law experience strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel to Northern Michigan for court appearances
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in building a long-term practice in Northern Michigan
