What You'll Do

As a key member of our legal team, you'll guide clients through emotionally complex family law matters while providing strategic, solutions-focused representation.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Advising clients on family law matters with empathy and professionalism
  • Developing legal strategies tailored to each client's goals
  • Representing clients in mediations, negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings
  • Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence
  • Empowering clients through education and clear communication
  • Collaborating with attorneys and staff to improve processes and client experience
  • Maintaining high-quality, cost-effective legal services
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association
  • 1-5+ years of legal experience
  • Strong legal writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet and phone access
  • Commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and client advocacy
Preferred Experience
  • Family law experience in Washington State
  • Experience with:
    • Motions practice
    • Mediation
    • Collaborative law
    • Trial preparation or litigation
  • Familiarity with court procedures in King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties
  • Experience with Clio, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, Adobe, Slack, and Apple-based systems
