About the job Remote Customer Service Representative

Destination Planning Consultants assist travelers with researching, organizing, and coordinating travel experiences. Consultants work with clients to explore destinations, accommodations, and travel options that align with their preferences, travel style, and budget.

In this role, you will communicate with individuals and families to understand their travel interests and help them evaluate different travel opportunities. Consultants provide destination insight, recommend travel packages, and coordinate reservations through established travel suppliers. Attention to detail and clear communication help ensure clients feel confident about their travel plans.

This opportunity is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling along with structured training resources designed to help consultants develop knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and travel planning tools.

Destination Planning Consultants work independently while building relationships with travelers through networking, referrals, and personal outreach. The role is well suited for individuals who enjoy travel, research, and working with people.

Those who are organized, curious about destinations, and enjoy helping others plan trips often thrive in this position.
