Do you enjoy researching destinations, discovering vacation experiences, and helping others plan memorable trips?

We are seeking a motivated and personable Vacation Booking Agent to assist clients with researching and coordinating vacation experiences based on their individual interests, preferences, and travel needs.

This remote opportunity combines customer service, travel research, organization, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with clients to discuss their vacation ideas and preferences
  • Research destinations and vacation experiences
  • Assist clients with hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
  • Compare available travel options based on client needs
  • Coordinate reservation details through approved travel supplier platforms
  • Provide clients with important booking and destination information
  • Review travel arrangements for accuracy
  • Follow up with clients throughout the vacation planning process
  • Assist with questions and reservation updates when needed
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel arrangements
