ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Our Sales Account Executives are pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing sales team and will be our boots-on-the-ground solution to building personal relationships and making our prospective customers successful
  • On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for educating the market about the power of our partnership and generating opportunities with net-new customers. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers. To thrive in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • We are a fully remote work environment, and this position can be based anywhere within our open and desired sales territories in the United States


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect, Engage, and Close Sales: Actively manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, targeting SMB, mid-market and enterprise-level customers
  • In-Depth Discovery Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with customers to understand their business challenges and align our services with their goals
  • Value Selling: Ability to successfully articulate our value proposition to C-level executives and key stakeholders
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outbound efforts, leveraging internal lead generation resources, marketing campaigns, and industry events
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and new opportunities within the ERP landscape to position our solutions effectively
  • Performance Management: Proven ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth


QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED

  • At least 7+ years of proven track record in selling IFS and JD Edwards Software & Services
  • Experience selling software (Cloud/SaaS) to large, strategic North American accounts
  • Some travel required, which consists of working with sales employees, attending business meetings, industry meetings, or working with key customers
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage and track sales activity

  • Superb listening skills; you must understand objections and defeat them by turning sceptics into ecstatic new customers
  • High level of empathy - it's important for our AE's to be a good person to peers and prospects

  • Strong sales execution and continued sharpening of these skills
  • Own and maintain Territory Plan for agreed vertical
  • Own the RFI/RFP process, building a business case for change and winning business
